Home Management Services

Purpose: Don't spend your time dealing with the hassle of contractors, renters or other issues. We are the main contact for all of your subcontractors and guests. 

We will manage the home on a weekly basis. This includes our standard home watch, manage all of your subcontractors (housekeeping, pool services, AC maintenance, lawn care, pest control, etc.) and key services for the subcontractors and guests. We also keep a schedule of your home maintenance needs such as when to change the air filters and smoke detector batteries.

Storm Prep & Recovery

We will take all steps necessary to prepare your home for a potential catastrophic weather event.

For those of you that are risk-takers, this service is not for you. For all others, we will take all steps necessary to prepare your home for a potential catastrophic weather event and report to you right away when the “all clear” is given. This service is absolutely necessary on a barrier island. Call or email today to arrange to be included on the list of homes we will handle as space is limited. If you wait, it may be too late!

Concierge Services

Services that make your visit to your “My Marco Property” a pleasurable experience.

Some of our concierge services include; grocery shopping, setting out flowers and wine for a special time, pickup dry cleaning, pickup deliveries, arranging events like concerts or cruises, managing your vehicle, key services for guests or contractors, arranging to have your boat washed or other home services arranged. We are here for you. 

Average cost to you: Varies per task.

Project Oversight & Service Provider Management

This service is here so you don't have to be. 

  • Project Oversight is good to have whenever you have special projects for the home. We’ll open and close the home for the contractor, check up on their work/status and give you a report and make sure everything is secure until the job is completed.​
    Average cost to you: Negotiable; usually 10% of the project cost. 
  • Service Provider Management frees you, the home owner from dealing with the mundane details of getting the lawn cut, the pool cleaned, the pests controlled, AC maintenance, etc. 
    Average cost to you: Negotiable; depending on scope of responsibility.

Handyman Services

We can handle most of these little projects for you – at a substantially reduced cost when compared to a contractor or service company.

We have a handyman license issued by Collier County and are insured to perform handyman tasks in your home. If it is beyond our scope, we will let you know and even get quotes by qualified persons who specialize in that area of expertise.
​Every job is estimated and approved before performed. Call for estimate. 

Home Watch

Purpose: A regularly scheduled check-up of the interior and exterior of your home to insure the protection of your investment while you are away which gives you peace of mind. 

This service allows you to relax and know that someone is keeping an eye on your “My Marco Property”. We check up on your home on a regularly scheduled basis; weekly or biweekly and on special occasions. We check for leaks and visible mold; inspect doors and windows for breakage or disturbances; run water in sinks; check the refrigerator/dishwasher; check and flush toilets, check for insects and rodents and check for visible irregularities. We also check ​the AC and change filter and change batteries in smoke detectors as needed.

  • Digital photos are taken of any damage or violation to the property.

We are licensed and insured specifically for Home Watch and Maintenance.   Many insurance companies provide discounts on home owner policies where the vacation property is under regular maintenance by a licensed/insured home watch company. That is great news for any home owner! Ask your insurance agent about this.
